PKHeX (Gen 6 PKX Editor) and Digital Save

Hi, I was wondering if this program works with a digital or downloadable versions of Pokemon XY

No.

PKHeX only works with decrypted saves; there are no methods to decrypt an in-progress digital savefile.

There will be a future upgrade to allow use any digital files because the KeySAV.exe and Mass Dumper 1.2.exe programs can decrypt digital SAVE and view the contents of the boxes

Duh, except there's nothing else you can do but view their contents.

You can already export PKXes with Mass Dumper and open them in PKHeX.

PKHeX can open partially decrypted save files, so if you XOR your save with the decrypted keystream, you can see the box contents within the program.
