Hi guys! So, I used pokesav to create pokemon, but I am not sure about the nature. For example, in shoddybattle, my BOLD latias has 17 iv in att, and 31 in the rest. However, my BOLD bllissey has 31 in every stat. So, why can't my latias have 31 in every stat, while my blissey can? Can someone please explain?

Because it would conflict the possible PID for Latias. That PID problem can be bypassed via breeding, where Pokemon that hatched out of eggs don't care whether their PID matches its nature/IVs or not. Latias, however, cannot be bred, so she has to follow the rules of PID and all >.<
