How can I transfer unreleased hidden abilities to gen 6 with pokegen?

So Im trying to get a unreleased hidden ability to gen 6 and I'm thinking pokegen is the best way, but does anyone know what I have to select so that it can pass onto poke bank? Or does anyone know a better way?
