Having trouble getting Pokegen Pokemon from GTS

Hey everyone,

So I made a Kingdra via Pokegen, and I think I did everything right. Here is all the data of it:

Nickname: King Koopa

PID: 1063927178

Trainer ID: 14008

IV's: 31/31/31/24/31/31

Level: 50

Ability: Swift Swim

I clicked generate shiny ID so I could get a shiny as well. I uploaded it onto PokeGTS, and did the DNS thing to the hotspot I'm currently using. When I try to go into GTS, though, it's giving me completely random Pokemon I never really asked for. Can anyone help me obtain my Kingdra?
