If you got the Lunar Wing before you've been to Fullmoon Island, that means you cheated/hacked. If so, that boy would have to stay asleep for lifetime... I'm not exactly sure if removing the item would work but it's worth a try.

How do you deleted lunar wing

If you have access to Action Replay codes, use Pokegen to make a code that changes your key item bag to contain everything you have except the items you want removed.

If you have access to your save file, you can use Pokegen to simply remove the item.

I know this is an old topic, but does someone have a way to do the deleting of key items for Pokemon Crystal?
