How do you back up Gen 3 Game files

Because my brother reset my Emerald and lost me my Mystery Mew that I had traded onto it from my Fire Red. I am wanting to back up all my save files for all Pokemon Games have.

What do I need to buy to back up my retail games for Gen 3 Games and if need to re-upload theme back to the retail Cart

Side question

Is there any thing like the Pokegen for Gen 3 Games.

All you really need is a slot 1 flash cart and a NDS system with a GBA slot, then you can use http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?12405-A-tool-to-backup-HG-SS-saves to backup, and http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?31254-A-Save-(3rd-Generation-Save-Editor) to edit.

Thank you but I found GBA Back up tool also and it seems easy to use. But Thank you I will try this out and see if I like it better
