I Think PG Downloaded Wrong?

When I opened pokegen, since i've got a new computer, Im TOTALLY use to the old pokegen in the boxes saying "RIGHT CLICK HERE", it does not say to right click anywhere! And i've forgot all about pokegen due to a computer derp, soooo, anyone can help? (I feel like such a noob for posting this X D)

If you're using 3.1.13, there's no problem.
