I have read the rules and conditions and you shouldn't expect to have much trouble with me... The forum that I originally visit is currently down and I enjoy the Pokemon community. I will practically live in the art forums(Specifically sprites) if I decide that I like it here. I will do everything to follow the rules and provide good service to those who will request work.
