Importing .PCD (4th gen wondercards) to 5th gen .PKM or .PGF files HELP!

Hello, I was wondering if this is possible?

I can transfer a 4th gen .pkm file to 5th gen .pkm file with no problem but I can't do that with .pcd files.

If anyone here knows how, I would appreciate it

transfer to gen 5

Yeah, but how? When I load my sav game, does all my pokemon show up and then I can choose which one I will export?
