Help with Importing 3rd Generation Pokemon File into GBA Rom

Hey guys, I have a few Pokemon that are in 3rd generation file (specifically, .3gpkm). Problem is, I'm trying to put them into my GBA .sav (it's on rom for the computer). Does anyone know any way for me to put these files into a GBA game? Thanks!

Enciclopedia Pokemon is a good way. It's in Spanish, but there was an English translation made (Keep in mind only the Spanish version has box editing, and it can only edit Box 1. English translation only has party editing.)

There's Pokestock too, but I'm not too sure how that one works so if you want to use it, I probably couldn't help.

Thanks for the reply. Do you happen to know where I could download the Encilopedia? Some websites are blocked in my country so I can't access them (Mediafire, etc.) Also, for the english version, I can use it to import the files into my party?
