okay, when i put d3dx9_40.dll into my WINDOWS/SYSTEM32 folder on my local disc, and try to run VBA-m, it says "Xaudio2 interface failed to initalize", any suggestions on how to fix this

And anyways, why don't you get the original VBA? VBA-m's like in the alpha stage, and is just a continuation of the original dead project of VBA.

If VBA-m doesn't work just get the original VBA, which is usually good enough for me :/
