How do i change the OT so i can level up pokemons faster?

I tried the normal way. Go for OT/Misc and change the numbers. However, this way didnt work. When i select another pokemon the OT resets automatically. I tried to change the OT and use the tool Save but it didnt work either. So can u please tell me how do i do that? Thanks

Did you right click and choose set?

As Evandixon said, once you have changed the relevant information you will need to click on the Pokemon's picture, either in your Party or in Your Computer Box, and select 'Set'. This must be done separately for every Pokemon you wish to change.

Of course you could just save the time leveling by setting the Pokemon to whatever Level you wish it to be in the 'Main' tab, and the EV's in the 'Stats' tab, but I suppose you have your reasons for wanting to do it the long way.
