If you scroll down to critcal capture, it shows a small table species caught and multiplier.

Can you tell me what it is?

So i get a higher chance of getting that critcal capture animation if i catch more pokemon?

Yep. The multiplier shows how much more likely, though it's still not guaranteed with some Pokeballs.
