How to send Wonder Card Items from the computer to a DS?

I would like to know how I would transfer a wonder card item, such as a PokeWalker course or the enigma stone, from the computer onto my DS for generation 4 without using an action replay. I know there are plenty of ways to do this for a .pkm file however can you do this with a .pgt file?

For wondercards that don't have a pokemon inside, you'll need access to the save file (or an action replay).

Oh, I see. This was what I was looking for, thank you very much. A little disappointed however that there is no very easy way of doing this.
