walk and talk code FIRE RED?

hi, a few years ago i had this code, and it lets you still move around when there is a conversation going on, so that you can pick all three starters from the table, and both hitmonlee and hitmonchan, and both fossils etc...

but i lost it, and i cannot find it anywhere.

does anyone have it, or any tips on how to create it using the vba code creator? (i can do stuff with CE, but all these codes with seemingly no values, like walk through walls, all badges, seem hard codes to make!)
