How do you edit/add move tutor moves in Pokemon Black and White 2?

The title is self explanatory, so I can learn to do this with Pokemon Blitz Black 2 and Lava White 2. For Example, be able to Learn "Quiver Dance" from the move tutor in Lentimas Town for a number of Blue Shards, how do you do this?

1. if you want added move tutor, you must poke overllay and arm9

2. just go to pokemon base stat narc,

TM/HM is need 5 slot, every slot is need 4 byte, every byte is handle 8 move, so 1 slot 8*4 = 32 move (TM1 - 32 and ect). TM/HM need 13 byte only so another 3 byte are not set. after that is 1 slot for special move tutor, 4 slot for shard tutor.
