hi iam realy new to this and i download like a weake a go that iam

trying to max out my pokedex for black 2 iam geting a flash cart next saturday

that what iam hereing around this bord saying that you need a flash cart for pokegen

to work and can this help me get the shiny charm i need realy bad is this true that

i need a flash cart for pokegen to work please answer thanks

You will need some kind of a device, either a flashcart, or a way to retrieve your save file on your cartridge.
