"unknown encounter" msg

Hi pokegen, i was wondering if some of you guys could help me.

Im trying to make a legit mewtwo gen 5, i have correctly followed the steps(from what i know of) but when uploaded on pokecheck i get "unknown encounter" msg. Why is that, and how can it be fixed?

encounter: egg/pal park/event/honey tree/shaymin

the easiest solution to your problem is to stop hacking. In addition, it's impossible to create a legitimate Pokémon from an external device.

It would be much easier to make it as a Gen IV .pkm and then upload it to PokéCheck via the "Upload Gen 4 .pkm as Gen 5 .pkm" button.

Its because you chose the incorrect version of the game. For mewtwo you would have to pick fire red or leaf green.
