Pokemon Modifier Code does not work in White Forest.

Hi everyone,

For some reason, the pokemon modifier code is not working in white forest. Any ideas as to why? Can anyone confirm that the pokemon modifier does not work for them as well?

My white forest is full with dwellers, I just want to use the pokemon modifier code as a more efficient way to catch all white forest pokemon.

duh because the game has a different method of choosing what appears. it's not simply a set in stone table.

use pokestock & your save file to change your inhabitants.

I figured the modifier would change them regardless. Thanks for your answer. Guess the long way it is.
