Super Kadabra?

Is there anyone who can make me a Kadabra with Fire, Ice, and Thunder Punch? Also when Kadabra is shiny it becomes pink, is there any way to make it blue? If not it's okay for just the punch moves. Please and thanks!:kikkoman:

Just wondering, but why would you want the punches? They're physical in the 4thgen.

You can only change the colour to blue if it's a ROM Hack. In the game, it's impossible. Also specify the ID, SID, Level, etc.
