Changing pkm stats back to un-used

So i accidently gave a pokemon a calcium when i wanted it to be an unused. Is their a way to make it back as if it never was given so it could legit and not stat altered?

Open it up in pokegen, and lower that stat by 10 EV's.

You can use a hondew berry.If you are in 5gen though,it is only available via the DW iirc
