Jolly Salamence @ (item, choose as I have most things)

EVs: 6 HP, 252 atk, 252 speed

IVs: x/31/x/x/x/31 (max attack and speed)

Dragon Claw/Outrage (let me know, I'll get it fixed to either one)

Rock Slide/Stone Edge (I can change this around too, it's currently at rock slide)

I'd need ALL IVs (mostly to check his hidden power type and strength). Just those two don't help me out very much. I dun really care about the moveset or held item, but thanks for listing them.

sorry, I'm not interested in that zapdos. the defensive IVs aren't quite what I was looking for and his hidden power is a rock type with 47 power... also not what I was hoping for.
