Play as x Pokémon?

I know there are a few AR codes for HGSS that allow you to play as specific Pokémon, but I only found four codes.

Is there a list of codes or a way to make these codes that change the sprite you play as to any Pokémon you want?

I had a look there but they don't have the values for all Pokémon.
