Can one distribute wondercards using a fake server like IR-GTS?

Short range wifi, change DNS, recieve wondercard, that kind of stuff. I don't have a flashcart so wifi is my best option. Does a program like that exist? Thanks

I don't think GTS can distribute wondercards. I mean they are originally built to distribute pokemons.

Wondercard file and pokemon file has two very different data inside.

Well not on GTS but the "Receive Via WiFi" option in the mystery gift menu. And i did not see see that thread... i'm new here.
