Legitimate? =<

Well, I've got a shiny Gardevoir, and I need it checked for the doubles tournament in Phoenix, AZ. I'd really hate to have them check it and ban me when I had no knowledge of it. It's completely legal, stat-wise, and moveset-wise, but nothing like being too careful, eh? I got it from a friend of mine who claims it to be perfectly legit and finely hatched.

PID and shinyness are legit. Moveset is legit. Gender is legit. IVs can't be checked for legitimacy because its hatched, and a legit shiny with those IVs is highly unlikely (unless you RNG abuse), but theres nothing to constitute that it would be hacked.
