I made a Gastrodon but when I attempt to upload for a legit check it refuses it. I've used the Black/White legit checker and it passes everything just fine. I honestly cannot figure out what I did wrong, so I'm hoping a second look can catch what I missed.

So you are saying that you attempt to check it for legality, it doesn't work, but when you checked it, it is legal?

What I'm saying is that the legit checker program that is available through this site claims that everything is valid, but when I attempt to upload it to the GTS in-game I get an error saying I can't upload it(presumably because it isn't legal in someway).

If you mean this program, then you should know that it isn't updated for the 5th generation (Black and White).

You could try this checker instead.
