Can anyone here help me do a Legality Check?

My Pokemon here are legal, but for some odd reason they aren't passing the legality check. The legality check says "Valid" or "Hatched" but the game still doesn't accept them. I can confirm there are no 4th gen moves and the PIDs are correct. These Pokemon are 100% legal, I obtained them legally in Pokemon Platinum and Pokemon Soul Silver, but Pokemon Black isn't accepting them as "legal" Pokemon.

Legal, really? For one thing, the Charizard's encountered in Rumination Field.

How did you PokeTransfer them? Also, use Pokecheck to check 5th Gen .pkm.
