Altaria will have to be considered hatched because of the egg move roost. I need these as .pkm files with pokegen. PopEyeJR Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 (edited) I got it. Finding the highest IV's for Chandelure to get the Hidden Power Ice was a little bit tough. Had to use the; (HP+ATK+DEF+SPD+S.ATK+S.DEF)/4 & 40/63 Formula Anyways, post back with the results. Edit 1: I forgot to mention. The base power of Hidden Power will be 43.
