Need help (Again)

What is wrong with my Uxie? No matter what I do it will not work on random Wi-Fi. Someone help This is the last Pokemon I need on my team.

Since it is a gen 4 pokemon PID is important. Give this a try and see if it works. Also if you Uxie is a lead you should give duel screens a try. I have it and its pretty awesome lol.

Since Uxie is a Gen IV I made a Gen IV PID for it. I matched it's IV's and Ability with a corresponding PID and matched the PID with it's corresponding TID & SID to make Uxie shiny manually.

*Just to let you know, Uxie could have all IV's 31 but then it will need a different SID (which is 18818) to be shiny Uxie with the IV's of 31. I just used the TID and SID that was set with Uxie (I may be doing this all wrong =X)

New Stats

IV's:

Health Point IV = 31

Attack IV = 26

Defense IV = 7

Special Attack IV = 29

Special Defense IV = 31

Speed IV = 31

Ability:

From Bold to Rash
