I checked the EVs 510 and there fine. i put the hex value at 8C for pewter city and orgin to HG I was wondering is it impossible to have a legendary with all 31 ivs in every box? could that be it. Try using Pokegen for making Legal pokemon. http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?6424-Download-link-and-information also make sure that all moves are able to be learned and also put the location as (Poketransfer) its like the 5 one in the drop down list. Sorry, but that's wrong. It is NOT impossible to ilegally [illigetimately] create legal [legit] pokémon, it is just usually too difficult for the novice cheater to attempt. I know, I do legal pokémon all the time and battle with them [in my non-official platinum game] over the battle tower WIFI all the time. I don't cheat in my SoulSilver Though.
