ok. Im trying to make a legal Dream World Leafeon for the wi-fi. If you can fix/make it then that will help me. heres the file that i try for breeding it. Also trying to tell me the problem will also work. Thanks in advance

English ones aren't out yet, and you can't breed the abilities because they are male only.

i was able to make English Ninetales with Drought. So i would assume this would work. Is it still possible to make the Dream World Leafeon thats came straight from the forest?

There were female vulpixes obtainable from the Japanese Dream World, which could pass abilities upon breeding.

There are no female eeveelutions.

Thanks for the info. one last question. does the method in the PID affect the legal of it? would it fit under 10 or 11 for being an "event" pokemon?

PID and the flags, there's a couple threads regarding 5th gen PIDs on the forums.
