Madisson Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 Pokegen 42h value. Hi, i would like to set these flag to 01 how can i do it?
Madisson Posted March 25, 2011 Author Posted March 25, 2011 Thank you! Is there a Extra byte Value Guide for Pokegen out there? All i could find is this. 41h nature00 --- Hardy --- ????? 01 --- Lonely --- ????? 02 --- Brave --- ???? 03 --- Adamant --- ????? 04 --- Naughty --- ???? 05 --- Bold --- ???? 06 --- Docile --- ??? 07 --- Relaxed --- ??? 08 --- Impish --- ???? 09 --- Lax --- ????? 0A --- Timid --- ????? 0B --- Hasty --- ???? 0C --- Serious --- ??? 0D --- Jolly --- ??? 0E --- Naive --- ???? 0F --- Modest --- ???? 10 --- Mild --- ???? 11 --- Quiet --- ???? 12 --- Bashful --- ??? 13 --- Rash --- ????? 14 --- Calm --- ???? 15 --- Gentle --- ????? 16 --- Sassy --- ???? 17 --- Careful --- ????? 18 --- Quirky --- ???? ------------------------------------------------------------- 42h Dream World Ability Flag 00 - Not flagged to have a Dream World Ability 01 - Flagged to have a Dream World Ability ------------------------------------------------------------------------- 48-5Dh: Nickname Last 2 hex slots are have 2 terminators (FF FF) All Generation 5 PKM (nick)names end with 2 terminators (FF FF). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 82h - Pokerus' Hex Pokerus's hex values have changed. I was lucky enough to get it naturally, so I checked the values. 00 - Unexposed 60 - Cured 62 - Infected, no pokemon in party to spread to. 63 - Infected, 1+ pokemon in party to spread to. 61 - ??? (I never saw this occur). Due note that there may be different values, Pokerus could have different strains Setting a PKM to the old Pokerus convention still has them as contagious, but this different strain is an oddity I can't explain. ------------------------------------- 83h - Pokeball Hex 83h: Poké Ball 00- Poké Ball (Default) 01 - Master Ball 02 - Ultra Ball 03 - Great Ball 04 - Poké Ball 05 - Safari Ball 06 - Net Ball 07 - Dive Ball 08 - Nest Ball 09 - Repeat Ball 0A - Timer Ball 0B - Luxury Ball 0C - Premier Ball 0D - Dusk Ball 0E - Heal Ball 0F - Quick Ball 10 - Cherish Ball 11 - Fast Ball 12 - Level Ball 13 - Lure Ball 14 - Heavy Ball 15 - Love Ball 16 - Friend Ball 17 - Moon Ball 18 - Comp Ball 19 - Dream Ball --------------------------------- 85h - (Encounter Method) and other hidden hex (Met Location) from DPPt/HGSS of B/W originated Pokemon Nonexistant. All are zeroes. Getting some Pokeshifted Pokemon to see if they even keep, I bet they will (edit: they do) Would be happy if someone has a list of the ones included in pokegen
Kaphotics Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 Those hex guides were for Codr so that he could implement them in PokeGen so you don't have to worry about them. IIRC, when you make a Dream World ability Pokemon, the 0x42 is set for you so you don't have to modify it. Again, it's just documentation and is handled by PokeGen.
Madisson Posted March 25, 2011 Author Posted March 25, 2011 Ok thanks, but one more last question. What are the correct settings for a Time Capsule transferred MiniGame Pokemon of HGSS. for example Zapdos: Met Location: ? Pokeball: Same as in SS/HG? Encounter: Same as in SS/HG? Extra Bytes: same as SS/HG or other?
Kaphotics Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 If you have the Pokemon loaded into PokeGen with the 4th gen game save setting on, changing it to 5th gen will properly shift it for you.
Bond697 Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 it doesn't do the met location. the user has to set it.
