I want to know if this is true about battles with pokesaved pokemon:

If you battle against someone who uses hacked or pokesaved pokemon and try to upload it on to the GTS, it won't work. Because people are continually trying to bust people who have legal but suspicious pokemon. Is there anyway to hack them to the extent that even that won't pick them up?

There is absolutely nothing that'll happen to you because of someone using hacked Pokemon, you battling against hacks, or receiving hacks in a trade. A judge at the official tournament last year says their hack check device can detect Action Replay usage, but obviously not everyone gets to observe the device up close.

No, you won't get banned fro the GTS for any/no reason. It does have a limited form of hack checking, even less than PBR's Wi-Fi.
