Legal.exe is crashing on some .pkm files and working on others

So I searched the forums and couldn't find the issue I was having. 3 of my 7 pokemon are crashing legal.exe for some reason. I don't know why its happening on some and not on others, but I'm hoping you guys can help me out here. I get the standard:

"Legal.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I attached the three .pkm files in hopes that maybe you guys can point out what may be causing this to happen. Thank you for any help ahead of time.
