GAMESTP Raikou, Entei, and Suicune (Shiny) + Celebi

As you all know, before Pokemon Black & White Version came out Game Stop decided to distribute 4 Pokemon.

1. Shiny Raikou (January 3rd-9th)
   
2. Shiny Entei (January 17th-23rd)
   
3. Shiny Suicune (January 31st-February 6th)
   
4. Celebi (February 21st-March 6th)
   

So... this is how they (the Event Pokemon) look like.

*Note: The GAMESTP Celebi is somewhere on the top of the page and the 3 GAMESTP Shiny Dogs are somewhere in the bottom of the page.

• OT's are GAMESTP
  
• Location Met is set to 'Pokemon Event'
  
• Fateful Encounter
  

All I really want to know is...

1. If traded/transferred to Pokemon Black/White, will the Location change?
   
2. If traded/transferred from Pokemon Black/White, will the OT change?
   
3. What event does each Pokemon activate?

I want to make them look legit.

*I've noticed they can't be put up for trade in the GTS because of the 'Classic Ribbon01'

Ah, I see. Thanks. Um... what's "Special Place" in the Location Drop List in PokeGen?

The above files are for 4th Gen (DPPtHGSS). Not for 5th Gen.
