Old Pokemon

Hey guys so I just beaten Pokemon white and want to transfer the pokesav generated pokemon on to white. I still have the .pkm files and so i dont have two ds i was wondering just loading the pkm file and exporting again.

Heres the problem: I was confused at what to put for met at

what location do i put for my pearl pkm of sinnoh

wud location wud i put if i supposly traded from two ds?

What does that say in the pokemon description? On the pokesav it just show ------------------------------
