Pokemon help please

Hi, I was recently turning some of my box pokemon into .pkm. Among those were some old/new pokewalker pokes I had caught to breed with others and what not and when I decided to check them with the legality checker they came out as hacked or unknown, why is that?

Strange thing was that everything seemed ok except the program's conclusion so I passed them through pokegen. The dummy pokewalker pokemon I tested then came out as clean. I'm confused

What exactly should I expect out of pokewalker pokemon? Thanks for the help

PokeWalker is not in the currently released version of Legality Checker. You will need to wait until the next version to check those.
