Pokegen Problems

So, I recently found that Pokegen thing, in hopes that I could start constructing teams with it.

When I finished making the first team, after carefully double checking everything, I went to the code generator, selected "Selected Pokemon" and generated a code. I then put the code into my Action Replay DSI, and later tried to start my game.

But when I started up, it just hung at a White screen. I left it there for an hour with no change. Does anyone know what the problem is?
