magcynic Posted March 8, 2011 Posted March 8, 2011 I think I know this but my brain isn't comprehending it. I have my DS, I have my Pokemon White, and I have my emulator. I want to start the game with all three starters. How do I trade between DS and emulator, shuffle my save games around, and end up with all three starters on one save? The end result should be my original starter, the two additional starters that act like they were traded, and the Pokedex entries for each.
ReignOfComputer Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 With PokeDex entries for each? That means you can't inject them using AR/PokeSav/PokeGen. You're going to have to get someone to trade them to you, in that case.
magcynic Posted March 10, 2011 Author Posted March 10, 2011 Nobody I know plays Pokemon. I guess I'll have to wait until HyperGTS or some similar program gets updated to work with Gen V. Oh, well. I have the entire game to go through anyways.
KazoWAR Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 If you place a Pokemon into the daycare center and then take it back, it is added to the pokedex. Just rip the .pkm of the starters from each save and have them all on 1 save. Then when you get the to daycare center that is right after the 1st gym, you place them in and take them back out to get the Pokedex data.

Furthermore, it appears if you do the switch in PokeGen that the PokeDex entry will automatically be updated. Sweet. Edited March 10, 2011 by magcynic Update
