Roland
Mmkay, seeing as how I haven't found this anywhere I'll throw it out here, can anyone get me the exact hex for the nintendo regi? You know, the one that activates the regirock, regiice, and registeel in platinum? I'm interested in implementing it into an in-game trade in my platinum hack and somehow I have a feeling I cannot implement a fateful encounter pokemon into an in-game trade but I am not certain... Hence me asking:D Any thoughts from the experts?
fenzo666
You can download both the PKM and WC from here: http://projectpokemon.org/games/eventdownloadsdpusa.php Just check the hex out and see if there are any special values. :]
Roland
So wait, if I am reading this right, it's the custap berry that unlocks the areas for the other 3 regi's? If that's the case I'm stuck because all 4 of my in-game trades currently are holding event items... Edited April 7, 2009 by Roland typo
damio
It's the Fateful Encounter.
Roland
well, then the next question would obviously be, is there a way to implement a fateful encounter into an in-game trade pokemon? And also I was just informed that event items received through in-game trades are useless, if this is true then I'd have to fix my hack immediately, can anyone confirm it? NTR-AAQE-USA
Yeah, getting the Item does not work. You have to activate the event.
Roland
Yea I've received a great deal of confirmation on this and am currently looking for a way around it in another thread...
