General Pokégen qestions (B/W mostly)

First off, let me say that I am relatively new to cheating and may not be familiar with things that may be common knowledge. If I'm asking an obvious question or one that's been asked before, just humor me and answer it or point me in the direction of the correct answer.

Question 1: If we leave something blank such as OT, ID, secret ID, ect. will it automatically fill it in with your information? Or will it make a bad egg or something? On the subject of eggs, can we make a pokémon and have it be an egg with X-amount of steps left to hatch it and THEN it'll fill in things like hatch location, trainer name, ID ect? If not, is there a program that does that?

Question 2: What about the Dream World? Can it make the game acknowledge that the PKMN came from the Dream World? If the PKMN is given a DW ability (say a Mijumaru with Shell Armor) and it evolves, will it keep that ability? Again, if not, is there some program or code to do that?

If you don't have the game then what is the point of asking questions for something you can only use on something that you do not have?
