Hey guys, I was just wondering I'm kinda new to this "Saves" so I was just wondering what is a game save?

and what is a .sav file I noticed that on the new version of the Action Replay DsI there is also a saves option so what exactly are these if you could tell me that would be great Thanks!

When you press the "Save" button in a game, what happens? The data is stored somewhere - in a save file (aka *.sav file aka game save).

The Action Replay DSi has a way of extracting/restoring game saves, but in *.duc format.

I have a tool for conversion if nessessary. Should be easy enough to use. You will want one of the NDS save converters:
