Mt. Silver Moltres

If I were to make a Moltres, would it be caught in a cave, or Egg/Pal Park/Event?

Most likely it would be caught in Mt. Silver because I don't think there were any Moltres events. There may have been but I don't remember. Either way, having Moltres caught at Mt. Silver is the easiest as capture place goes.

Edit: You could do it from Kanto Pal Park as if you caught it on 1st Island.
