I need help finding the right PID for my Breloom. I want to make the IVs as high as possible, but each time I try to, the gender value is always above or below. Here is what I need:

If possible, could you make the Breloom have as close as possible (but not) 31 IVs for each one?

if it's an egg there is no IVPID relation, get a legal egg PID from RNG Reporter and throw whatever IVs you want on it.

well yeah if it's hatched it shouldn't have a method 1 IVPID, so just pick a valid egg PID for your breloom and throw whatever IVs

Ok, thanks. But just to make sure, I make it any IVs, with any PID (so all I need for it to work is the gender value which I need to be a male, which for my Breloom, is usually a female when I get the right gender value..., and the right Algorithm). Btw, for Pokemon that came from Colosseum/XD, what would the Algorithm and Hex Values be for that (sorry, I am kind of new to this kind of stuff)?

The algorithm is not public for XD/Colosseum.

It might appear in the new Black and White RNG Reporter, but until then it's impossible to make a legal

Any legal egg PID is fine with any IVs.

Sorry, but I don't really get the Algorithms (until now I was just randomly putting anything, following only movesets, locations, and Levels ). Can you explain each algorithm and what they are for?

nope, their uses are online (you gotta look)

for eggs just find a random PID that suits your needs, make it flawless IVs, and throw whatever moves on it
