TwilightAngel Posted October 13, 2010 Share Posted October 13, 2010 okay, I think the first time I posted, I may have posted the thread in the wrong forum, so I figured that I would go ahead and post here. okay, I've been all over the internet searching and I can't for the life of me find an action replay code that I can use in order to obtain all the plates for arceus. I do know about how supposedly the captain of the SS Aqua gives you a random plate when you talk to him. But, I have tried talking to him several times, even beaten everyone on the ship THEN talked to him and I can't seem to get him to give me a plate at all. so, I need either an action replay for it, or maybe someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong with the ship captain.
