anyone maybe know at all? I'm desperate for these plates. or answers to my problem with the captain.

okay, I think the first time I posted, I may have posted the thread in the wrong forum, so I figured that I would go ahead and post here. okay, I've been all over the internet searching and I can't for the life of me find an action replay code that I can use in order to obtain all the plates for arceus. I do know about how supposedly the captain of the SS Aqua gives you a random plate when you talk to him. But, I have tried talking to him several times, even beaten everyone on the ship THEN talked to him and I can't seem to get him to give me a plate at all. so, I need either an action replay for it, or maybe someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong with the ship captain.

okay, first, I'm new so I'm hoping that I'm making this thread properly according to the rules of posting and such, if I'm not, I'm sorry. Second, I have a question pertaining to heartgold and action replay. I was wondering if anyone here has a code that I could use in order to obtain all of the arceus plates for heartgold. I've tried talking to the captain of the ss aqua, since I've gone online searching for a code at least 5 times now, and he doesn't seem to want to give me a plate no matter how many times I talk to him. I even beat everyone on the ship before going to talk to him again, and still nothing. so, like I said, if anyone has a code so that I can obtain all of the arceus plates in heartgold I would very much appreciate it. thank you in advance. (or if anyone has information as to why the captain seems to hate me so much, lol)
