Request MEW via WiFi trade - - HM slave

It looks like *Mew* is broadly considered to be one of the best HM slaves, as it can learn ALL of the "utility" moves, some of which are not technically an HM. He is also strong (600 combined base stats). Technically I think Rayquaza can learn most if not all these moves as well but such a pokemon does not deserve to be relegated to HM slave status. Maybe Mew neither in some people's opinion. Anyway, the 12 utility moves I have in mind are

SURF, WHIRLPOOL, WATERFALL, DIVE (all the water moves)

R.SMASH, R.CLIMB, FLASH, and DIG (all the rock/cave moves)

CUT, FLY, STRENGTH, and HEADBUTT (all the others)

With 3 Mew's equipped with the above move pool, one could travel around without revisiting the PC to switch out pokes. You could then add your perfect "catching" pokemon (Gallade or Smearle, see one of my other posts) which would leave room for 2 others, probably one being a strong attacker with broad type coverage to handle trainer rematches for $ or EXP, levelling up, etc. and the other slot being whichever poke you're training at the time, or another attacker to broaden type coverage, or one you intend to trade, or whatever.
