Is Shoddy Down?

So yeah, I was trying to access Shoddy, and got the following error:

An error occured while attempting to connect to the server.

Connection timed out: Connect

I was able to connect to almost all other servers, so I do NOT think it is a problem on my computer. Anyone else having problems?

It's been dead for the bulk of the day

The server occasionally has its downtimes. It's not the first time this happens, so wait until SCV fixes it. He will in some due time.
