Legit HGSS Kyogre

Hey guys so if I wanted to make a legal (legit looking with legit looking data so that others won't know) kyogre or a legit-looking kyogre...that's shiny and perfect IVs

what do I do?

I already have a crappy Kyogre...

Should I change the PID/SID/and trainer ID (for kyogre) and change the IVs to 31s and make it shiny?

Do i need to change anything else?

Also, if I wanted to run it through the legality checker, which legality checker do I use?

Is there a HGSS legality checker now?
