in 2024 i used emulation + rng manipulation to complete a shiny dex on the gen 3 games. I was doing it for a youtube video but life got in the way and i haven't got around to editing the 300gb worth of videos -.-. Banks going down so i thought sticking my shiny dex on here could help others.
full kanto, johto and hoenn shiny dex caught on FRLG RSE and Colloseum.
the attached files are saves for fire red, sapphire and emerald with all the shinies in boxes.
also attached, a zip file with all the shiny mons in a folder. (easy to dump the box into pkhex) and another zip file with all shiny unown forms.
Jirachi is from Channel, Celebi from Blisey's dlc and Raikou is a shadow shiny from colo
